One to one coaching overview: 

  • Spend specific time with Jan, our fully qualified Health and Wellbeing Coach to review your  Health & Wellbeing.
  • Discuss you goals,  identifying areas needing improvement and plan for the coming weeks .  This may include looking at your fitness, nutrition, body management and emotional wellbeing from a 360 degree approach or concentrating on specific areas. 
  • Regular catch up’s to discuss your progress and make changes to your plans if needed. The frequency and length of the catch up’s will be discussed and agreed between both parties. Catch up’s will be tailored to meet your preferences whether that be face to face, via zoom or the telephone.
